Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm US Eastern time.
We are not staffed 24 hours per day.
Our response time commitment is to reply within no more than 24 hours except on weekends and US Holidays.
We will answer as quickly as possible on weekends and on US Holidays.
