To resend a welcome email to someone that needs to take the assessment…
- Login to the site using your Master Account login information and click on the “Access Your Master Account Admin Page” button.
- Click on the “Work With Your User Accounts” button.
- Use the yellow form to search for the user by either first name, last name, or email address and then click “Find this account.”
- This will redirect you to a page with their information listed. Then click on “Edit [name]’s Record”.
- Edit their record and then click on the Submit Changes button.
- This will take you to a screen showing you the changed record. If you changed their email address, you will need to send the password to the new email address by clicking on the “Send Password” button.
