When we get frustrated with a person and allow our frustration to vent in the form of an attack on their character and intelligence, we resort to what is known as an ad hominem attack. This rarely works well in debate or in leadership communication. This week we’re looking at a better way to speak about performance in coaching and feedback conversations.
